Welcome to Rejuve Cleaning! By accessing our website (www.rejuvecleaners.com) and utilizing our automated booking system, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Rejuve Cleaning is an operating brand of Modivault Holdings LLC. [1, 2]

1. Automated Bookings & Pricing
Our website provides automated, flat-rate pricing based entirely on the information you provide regarding your home's size and condition. If the actual condition or size of your home differs significantly from your online booking description, we reserve the right to adjust pricing or contact you via text/email to modify the booking scope before work begins. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Because we coordinate our team's schedule in advance, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled cleaning may be subject to a late cancellation fee.

3. Home Access and Safety
You agree to provide our assigned cleaning professionals safe access to the property at the scheduled time. This includes providing accurate lockbox/garage codes or ensuring someone is present to grant entry. Our teams operate under strict safety guidelines. If a home presents hazardous conditions (e.g., severe biological waste, structural safety threats, or unrestrained aggressive pets), we reserve the right to leave the property and charge a trip fee. 4. 100% Happiness Guarantee & Liability
We provide a 100% Happiness Guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of your clean, you must notify us via text or email within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to re-clean the problematic areas at no additional cost. We are fully bonded and insured; however, Rejuve Cleaning is not liable for pre-existing wear and tear, unstable fixtures, or fragile items that are not properly secured.

5. SMS & Electronic Communications
By creating a booking, you agree to conduct transactions electronically and receive operational communications (reminders, arrival windows, and completion notices) via automated text message (SMS) and email.

6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois. [1]
